ISR Mod... Help?

Okay ive searched and searched and still have not found a direct answer on the Intake Silencer Removal Mod (ISR). I have a 99 and i am unsure on where the FPR hose goes when it is removed from the Intake Silencer. Ive heard some people say it goes on the plenum on the front of the intake manifold. I have the pipe already made just sitting in my room collecting dust... So if anyone has any input to help or has done it and knows it works efficiently that would be great! Thanks for any help!

Okay now i see where im getting confused... correct me if im wrong but apparently there is already a hose connected to the front plenum on the intake manifold? I do not have anything already connected there. The plenum is capped off and that is where ive been confused. They say just reconnect this hose to the end of it but i dont have any hose there just blank. Do you know where that hose goes to? The hose that if you are looking at the "T coupling" the hose that leads to the right. thats what im trying to find where it goes and what it is. Any help would be great thanks!
