Issue fitting tires?

I ordered Toyo Open Country AT II 265/70/17 for my 2008 4runner and was wondering if anybody has tried fitting these on stock suspension?

I don't personally have experience with that size on stock suspension, but the sticky 4th Gen Suspension Options/FAQ answers this and many similar questions. It should fit fine with mud flap removal and possibly some minor trimming required.

I've had Nitto TG's and currently BFG AT KO's P265/70/17 on my 2004 and never had any issues with rubbing. 4x4 no lift.
