Has anyone on her had a problem with their bilstein 5160's? I have them on both my 4runners. They were purchased around Feb 2019 and Nov 2019. The Feb ones were put into my '06, the Nov ones were put in my '08. Last year the the ones in the '08 failed, the bottom mount fell off as it's screwed on and ruined the threads. They replaced both under warranty as the part numbers changed even tough they were out of warranty. Now the one in my '06 failed as the rt one is clunking and it won't retract when it's compressed. They denied warranty on those.
Has anyone had issues on theirs? If this is a common thing I don't wantt to use them again. Two within 4 years of no offroad use and now I have to buy 2 again as they have been superseded.
