Hello guys and girls :)

well it happened,,, I left the 4Runner for a 2019 AWD Rav4.

I had fun times with the truck but my needs changed, sadly and work was too far for our gas prices here...

I want to thank all of you on the forum for all the help getting my rig as it was !

I will surely get back in a 4Runner as a toy, not as a daily driver.
Wish you guys all the best and I keep this forum in my FAVS !

I for one will say congratulations on your new ride, and your wise decision to get the vehicle that fits where you are today! Especially the new Ravs- those look great. Post pics!

We got my wife a 2013 Rav AWD XLE a few months back, and she loves it. In my view, it’s one of the easiest cars I’ve ever driven. So enjoy yours!

Edit - oops, I see the pic now. Sweet! How do you like it?

Congratulations! I have a Rav4 LE Hybrid as my DD and they are awesome! I have done a couple simple modifications to just "make it mine" but they are awesome driving vehicles. We just took our first trip in it too and the ride was phenomenal!

Enjoy!

Those new RAV4's are nice! Just tell me you didnt let your 4R go to the dealer!

Also, which wheels are those? Haven't seen them before.

Ah well, I drove a 1996 RAV4 for 14 years and it was a great car. It had a manual transmission and that rear-mounted spare tire.

Remember the 2-door RAV4 soft top? Saw one on the road the other day and my wife was like, "I want that!" I wonder how much one of those would go for these days . . .

I entertained the idea of a 20 rav4 offroad until I looked on the forums. Back in may they were plagued with issues, hope yours goes well!

Congrats on the new ride! I test drove a 19 RAV the same time I test drove my now T4R. They're nice vehicles. You'll get much better gas mileage, and it is a much easier vehicle to navigate in parking lots. I especially like the birds eye view on the updated tech.

Congrats! Wifey needs a new car, and we are considering one as well. I want to supplement the 4R with a Corolla hatchback 6MT in about a year as my miles get up there (95k in 3 years).
