Let's play what's that sound...hard stops and slow turns either direction.. I've check everything I can think of especially the obvious. I've had it on a lift and found nothing worn broken or loose.
Watch in hd if possible..

I have that same exact noise when turning. Only thing I can think of is the lack of rubber on the bottom of my rear shocks

Lube everything that moves up there. Could be any bushing or joint on the LCA, UCA, steering arms, I see you don't have front sway so at least there's 1 think it's not!

Does it make that sound when you jack it up and down? Jack up by frame to droop suspension, then drop it back down and jack up by LCA to compress suspension. Repeatedly. Maybe then you can isolate it to a side or specific joint.

I have the radflo 2.5s .. is there a temp alternative to tri flow if it's not readily available. I assume wd40 is to easy to be it.

I'm going to play around more tomorrow and see what I can find

WD-40 works but i hear it doesn't last as long.
After looking at your build thread, the noise could be coming from your poly rear sway bar bushings.
I wouldn't think that the JBA UCA OEM rubber bushings would make noise.

Im pretty confident that the noise is in the front end since its most noticeable on slow speed turns in either direction. The rear poly bushings get greased regularly and I recently disconnected and reconnected the rear sway bar when replacing rear shock bushings and it didnt affect anything.

The JBA arms use the OEM rubber and they are still in great shape I doubt its that. I couldnt see any wear or find any play.

So I used my buddys gopro and got video of both sides and the drivers side wheel well... just loaded up the video and its 100% the LCA's.. We put a pry bar on it and it didn't have any play on the ground.. but this is ridiculous under the weight of the truck moving.

Ordering brand new stock OEM LCA's. probably going to feel like a new truck.
