It's almost here!

I've ordered a one of a kind and it's almost here. Dealer called and said it was scheduled for delivery in a couple of weeks. It's an '08 Limited with pretty much every option except for a sunroof. Can't stand those things and it's a real headroom problem in the 4Runner. Can't wait.

After the crazy route this has taken, uh yes. You see last year about this time, I purchased a 2007 4Runner with pretty much the same options, but it had a sunroof. On the long drive home from the dealer in another state, I realized that there was not enough headroom, so I sold that 4Runner two weeks after buying it. Actually didn't take much of a hit on the sale. Then, I ordered another one through an unscrupulous dealer and it never showed up. Some folks are real scum.

So here we are, a year later, a new dealer and I'm looking forward to it and having the headroom that comes without having a sunroof.

Definitely worth the way to get exactly what you want. I waited two and half months for mine. I got impatient at times, but in the end it was worth it.

LOL, forgot to say... Congrats. You'll love it, smart move not to have the moonroof. I got rattles now, a bit over 2 years and after 12k. Damn POS.

I know exactly how you feel, I ordered mine exactly how I wanted and it took forever to get

Also, good choice on no sunroof. When my t4r was getting serviced my loaner car was a t4r with a sunroof and I could not stand the decreased headroom
