thanks! i used some sandable seam sealer instead of bondo. going be a pain in the ass to sand. i cant wait to get to body work. she is going raider gray with a black top. i may end up building some bumpers before that though. plate style.

took her on her first trip today and hadnt burped the system. thought i could make it to the shop obout 3 miles. guess not:redbrick: out of nowhere the temp shit to about red and i pulled off. thing took alot more water than i expected, ended up adding a halg gallon and then fired it back up. took at least another half with it at idle. every thing seems fine but **** i hope i didnt **** somethin up. got a litto too excited once i got the crossover done i guess.

today she seemed to have a miss. i relized the plug wires were bad and replaced em. purs like a fkn kittennow. the power is unreal as apposed to my 22re!:flipoff:

not to stoked on the feed back here gentlemen. is this site dying or did i justtake too damn long to start my build? noones heard from badvision? hope hes still around. peace out. redneck

wife always gets the new rigs. i bought these 32 1150 bfgs years ago and now they look a lil silly with the 3 inch procomp lift. may buy a newish z71 and throw these 32's on it. id like to see some 331250's on here.

I hope to be doing the same thing to my 85. the poor old 22re is just tired. even with gearing, 37's are just a bit too much. ive had a plan to swap in a 3.4, just never got around to it. but now, the old motor is barely running, and I may be forced to swap it in sooner.

it will still be a little while yet, ive got a few more projects I would like to get done.

like you, I will probably just run the chain driven case at first, then eventually swapping in duals. it just depends on what all I find for a donor/swap rig.
