Ivan Stewart wheel question- should I trade for some?

I have a local guy wanting to trade me some Ivan Stewart wheels for my factory 5stars. I'm wondering if they will mount up ok as far as offset and stuff. I'm getting ready to mount up my new 285s on Friday and this might be perfect timing to do some trading. Also I'm going to be adding 1" spacers to my factory wheels to clear the 285s. Would I need to do that if I trade? Thanks for the advice guys.

They'll mount right up. Will you need spacers? I don't think you'll NEED them, but you may want them.

Awesome. Hopfully the timing will work out good for both of us. I like them alot.
