I fixed my clock...it ended up being a lose connection, disconnected the wiring behind the Hu bezel then replaced. Much less expensive then a new clock.

Started cutting my old grill out

Went to do the final cuts but opened the cutting wheel tube and it was empty. I'll pick some up and continue tomorrow.

The Ridged Job Max made easy work of the cuts. I used the carbide blade. I have super fine sanding pads and fiberglass resin and mat.

It would have been much easier to do the Satoshi style grille if you purchased a 96-98 grille.

Looks like a lot less cutting. Do you know if the front bumper is interchangeable? Sorry for all the questions.

Washing the truck...this fell out or off

normally I would dismiss it as highway trash, because of this forum I remembered a thread about the cabin equalization flap and that's what it was... going to check it out Thursday after replacing my thermostat.

Guess what I received in the mail...

going to put it on today. I also have a new thermostat and gasket to install. I bought some vinyl shower liner to make a more resilient dust flap for the cabin equalization flap.

Got the front bumper replaced and the thermostat swapped out

And now

also painted the bumper support and cleaned up some rust issues.

The antenna broke again...not going up. I think I'm going to order a whip. Remove the power unit and put it to pasture.

I received it in the mail today. Getting ready to cut it up and start the project. Thank you for the advice. It will work much better! 99 grill ended up lumpy and I could not get it to look smooth. THANKS AGAIN!

Installed Hella 118 dB Horns...those will get some attention.

How do they sound? Weak like the stock ones or deeper like a real truck? I'd love a video. Great build man, im excited to see where this goes

https://vimeo.com/143426525 [MENTION=115455]JeepKiller[/MENTION] here you go. It does not do them justice. these are loud when I honk the horns you can hear echos un the neighborhood. This video is really high pitched these are much deeper and you actually feel the sound if in front of them.

No I had to make a lead, I put a male and a female connection on a length of 14 Gauge , heat shrinked it and connected it behind the mounting bolt connecting the horn to the radiator support. The female connection I connected to the negative terminal of the horn. The original connection plugged onto the positive lead on the horn. I did not use the inclosed relay but I put it aside if needed.
