Jaos Aura eyelids will not fit with US bug/stone deflector

Well i got my Jaos Aura grill and eyelids yesterday in the mail sending them off to the painter tommorow morning. But ive noticed a small problem. The eyelids will not fit in place with the deflector i have install on my 4runner.

The side brackets which are located in the center of the headlights dont give anywhere enough room to install the eyelids. I even had Jason B ask Jaos if this was going to be a problem and they said no. Well they were wrong. So now i have 2 opinions modify the side brackets to allow enough room to install them after they are painted (PITA but doesnt cost anything) or purchase a Canadian style deflector (wont find many of those around here). Anyone know where i can order one????

Actually, there is a third option....sell the lids to me. That way you don't have to worry about 'em anymore.

haha yeah right i love the way they look. I think getting the canadian toyota deflector is what i would like to do but i dont know where to order one. Chris

prices and all the information are there. Everywhere has the eyelids for the same price basically but i ordered the grill as well. Jason's price for the grill is one of the cheaper ones, and his shipping costs are the lowest.

Stuffs at the painter now, should have it hopefully soon. Im getting it painted for free basically so i figure about a week from now.

If you want pictures look at j0mama's 4runner he already has them!!!!!! For mine u will have to wait. But pictures arent really needed. Im just telling everyone the eyelids do not work with the US hood deflector, and was asking everyone opinion on what i should do.

i'm thinking about picking up the grill and eyelids too...well , the hood deflector will not affect me cuz i dont have a hood deflector and not a big fan of it.

everything is painted the grill is on. Im in the process of modifying the hood deflector brackets to allow for enought room for the eyelids. I will have pictures up tommorow. So far everything looks great. Chris
