I finally received my Pioneer FH-X700BT

I installed it in my 03 Limited T4R with jbl using the Pac TATO

I had done weeks of research on both of these units. Now for the problem. After I installed both the HU and interface it plays music how ever it will varry the volume of the songs at random points. I reinstalled the stock radio to make sure that all of the settings were zeroed out and that the surround sound was off. I am wondering if the JBL stock amp isnt enough to power this unit, but even that doesnt make sense because the music doesnt get quieter when more power is required to the speakers. So I am stuck with no idea of why this is happening. CAN ANYONE HELP ME OUT?
