JBL speaker replacement help (tried searching)

Hey guys. I'm just into my second 4th gen (5th 4Runner for me) and I've got a couple blown speakers. I'm not planning on replacing the head unit or amp, so I need replacement options that will work with that. From years past, I remember reading that the driver's side and passenger side speakers MAY be different impedances, but I don't think anyone ever actually presented hard evidence of this. So, what are my options? I'm leaning towards the JBL GX963 for the front doors; they have a listed impedance of 2.3 ohms. Will these work as a drop-in replacement? Will I need to do anything about the door tweeters since these are 3-way speakers? Let me know, or point me towards any better options. Thanks guys!

if you don't find some soon I will be gutting the entire jbl system from mine ( all functions percectly) hopefully next month

I've looked into replacing mine, but it's hard/expensive to beat the OEM speakers.
