JBL speakers from 2004 Limited for sale

I replaced the following speakers in my 2004 limited 4runner, so do not need these any more. They all work fine. If you are interested, make me an offer on one or all of them.

(1) JBL 8" subwoofer
(2) JBL 6 1/2" rear door speakers
(2) JBL 6x9 front door speakers
(2) JBL tweeters with stock mounting brackets

I also have an alpine DVD head unit (and Crutchfield DIN installation kit) that I do not need any more. Model DVA-9860.

Are these still available?
How much? I'm specifically needing the sub as mine pooped out but will consider all the speakers if needed. Will you ship to AZ?
