Got all my JDM goodies for my ride:

Powerfolder mirrors
Field Monitor
Rear spoiler w/ fold down mirror

Gotta give major props to the guy I got it all from in Japan, Don (jdmisme) on eBay. He was a pleasure to work with, got my everything I wanted (even made videos of everything working prior to shipment!), and packaged like it was going to get shipped through Bosnia. I couldn't be happier!

Whenever I get around to putting them on my ride I'll update the thread with some more info.

awesome stuff that rear spoiler looks nice and is that a factory style 3rd brake light which means a led one will work ?

Got it from this dude:

eBay My World - jdmisme

Saw he was selling some Hilux Surf stuff on ebay and mentioned he would take requests if you made an offer. So I offered on all the goodies you see above and then waited until he parted out the Hilux Surf he was driving and sent me all his stuff.

On a side note, anybody know of a good interior paint that matches the 99+ Oak color? I'm thinking I'll tackle the field monitor this weekend.

Powerfolding, not roll-down-the-window-and-manully-fold.

I wanted some of these in the worst way when I had my 99 civic coupe. Always had dreams of wiring them up so that when I walked away from my car and locked it with the keyless entry, the mirrors folded in and then back out when I unlocked it. Didnt' know that these were also a JDM goodie for our 4Runners. My wallet now hates you.

Cool! That spoiler looks nice and I am very curious to see what it looks like installed.

Unfortunately, I held the spoiler up to the tailgate last night and saw that the mounting points for the JDM one are several inches further outboard than the USDM mounts. I'll probably try to find a beat used tailgate to test it on, prior to mounting on my rig.

The rear mirror lets you see the rear bumper, so you can reverse up to things better.

Those side mirrors are slightly different to my 2000 ones. I suspect they may be different to all US ones because of the additional motor.

Coinball, can you post a pic showing the switch for these foldback mirrors?

I wish the rear spoiler mirror was available here. In Japan, they were only available with the SSR-G models which all have rear tailgate mounted spare tires and basically the reviews say that the mirror is useful but the spare tire blocks out most of the view, so it would have been more useful on the ones with underbody spare tires. I'd love to know what you have to do to hook it up in terms of electronics.
