Thanks. I have been trying to find color match paint in a rattle can and so far haven't been able to. I don't care if it's showroom perfect but I like a good looking car.
I shot some rust reformer on it. Will let it dry a day then do another coat and research what I can inject in there to prevent it from happening again.

I was looking over the runner more yesterday and noticed that there is a clifford xl 2000 installed, though not wired up, i am going to look into in more this weekend.
also noticed that i am wired up for fog lights though there are none there, there is a switch on the dash and plugs at the bottom of the bumber. by the relay under the hood it looks as if the factory or dealer installed them and it says Hella 96500. Anyone that can help I would really appreciate it.

Mobil1 synthetic gear oil now in transfer case and rear diff.
Also relocated the rear diff breather tube to up by the fuel door.
And found out that the antifreeze lines going to my rear heater core were leaking so I bypassed the for now. Will replace with fuel lines at a later date.

I would think dupli color would make a color matching paint for you. You could go to Auto Zone and ask them if they can order it. If not, SEM will sell it. SEM will be more expensive as it's urethane based.

The hella lights I got are same as factory on low and on high they are twice as bright. Not the best I have had but the best I have had that cost less than $15.
Picked up some Tundra 17" 5 spokes today. Going to be getting everything together and do lift tires and wheels all at the same time. Along with ball joints and a cv axle. That will be a long weekend but looking forward to the aftermath!!!

I see the "new" muffler is smaller than what was in your truck. I too had a small muffler, I then got an OEM muffler. Soon after the repair, I felt truck pulls much better.
To take care of the corrosion, I would spray a thick oil on a dry day. This oil will go to cracks and make a film preventing water and O2 touching the metal.
