Nice work so far 
What sound deadening product did you use and how big of a difference do you notice on the road? I would also love to see more details as to how you mounted that winch to the frame.
Also, it may not be relevant any more, but one trick that the land cruiser guys do when doing rust repair on a hollow panel is inject a little big of ATF into the panel. It will creep around in there and coat every surface, which should prevent any internal rust in the future.

For the sound deadening I used Peel and Seal from Lowes. It worked great!!! I noticed a huge difference when I still had the BFG Mud Terrains on, now that I have the Dura Tracs its just quiet, especially in the back, eventually I plan on doing the front floor boards too.
I will be doing some rust repair of our Yukon soon and also going under the T4R to touch things up and use a better product as soon as we have a warmer dry weekend here in Indy.

Welded my hitch to my frame to get it mounted up behind my rear bumper. All you can see now if the receiver. also, why not weld your hitch to your frame? :biggrin1:

Added some decals.
Hit this mark. Got 10,000 miles to get a timing belt kit together.
And finally got the nerve to adjust my drum brakes. And I'm glad I did because they were way way off. Now my brake pedal isn't mushy anymore!!!!
Oh and painted my drums to match my calipers. Ah thank you.

One of my biggest pet peeves is after going wheeling I can never get my underside clean as I would like.
So I took some wire wheels to it and a wire brush for a good couple hours. Then washed.
Then coated it with rust reformer and let it dry for a solid 24 hrs.
Then I used the "professional" rustoleum in gloss black. Hopefully it will wash easier this way.

Roll bar installed!!
Now I have a place to mount a high lift.
Nice, looks good! I recently picked up a Roll Bar, Do you have any advice for the install? Any tips would be great. Just drill and bolt in? Can't find much info on the install part :frusty: Appreciate it!

You need to cut 2" off the front legs...then re-weld the mounting plate back on. I just got one as well and we worked on mine yesterday. Here is a good write up...
