Joint noise?

I have a 2016 With 21k Miles. When I’m driving under 15mph (I.e. looking for parking at the mall and doing a slow crawl). There is a sound from the front, more from the front left. Sounds like 2 butter knifes are being hit together. But at a high rate of speed you can’t hear it. A Penske mechanic at my work said it could be the CV joints. Any other suggestions or ideas on what it could be?

A minor wobble of the brake disc can make a sound like that maybe. CV joint going out tends to be more of a clicking sound. Hard to tell from a written description of a sound though. I'd start by jacking up the front and spinning the wheels to see if you can figure it out.
