I'll let Miah chime in, but I think the parking lot in front of the lake which is on the left just past that might be a better spot to line up and meet. There's a general store and restaurant on the right where people can pickup last minute stuff. Essentially across the street from here:

A couple things:

Yes park on the left side of the road in the big lot across from the cafe and general store.

I know a pretty fun route we can take that is 2wd friendly and we can add in a challenging detour for those wanting to get banged around a little bit and meet right back up with the pack - pretty much what [MENTION=84642]Quatre Coureur[/MENTION] suggested but add some fun 2wd around GVL to start. We can add a 3N08 loop and end up at that same lunch spot we did last time too? This route would be approx 2.5 hrs of actual drive time, but add at least an hour for the multiple vehicle factor.

I orderd a baofeng and it'll get here tomorrow but I didn't look at where the programming cable was coming from. Turns it is coming from China and won't get here until after the run. Any ideas?

Who's got a map of the new routes highlighted that we will be doing for the 2 seperate groups? Or just PM me the trails/roads in order and I will get it made up and highlighted with the route details ... To get everything back on point and squared away...

If you could pm me trails/roads in order that you have in mind for this other 2wd route with challenging sections I will get a map put together for this and I will lead this group on this route .... which will consist of 2wd, 4wd guys that may not want/ or feel up to doing that trail, and stock height rigs is what I'm assuming.

Have lockers.

Like I said in that text, there's the one spot where just about everyone lost traction on the hill right before you get to White Mountain, even in 4lo. That hill is steep, loose, and rocky. Might be able to strap you guys up, but it's not going to be easy.

Well I added an alternate route for a secondary group if need be which consist 50% Blue Rated Trails and 50% Green Rated Trails and would be a Loop and hits two different spots on the original trail route that either could be used as regroup points or what not. The complete loop is 20 miles and 1hr 30mins long with no stops and no issues...it's the route in Turquiose on the first page Google map
