The wife is hooked and wants to do more wheelin. She didn't want to be limited. We were actually looking at 4th gen 06-09 v8 but hard to come by and also 05 gx470 (saw one for $11500 with 159K). Ended up looking at 3rd gens cause a lot cheaper. We'll see how this test drive today goes. You're right Soso, that was my excuse as well! LOL!

Time to get the wife a new ride and transfer everything you can from the 4th gen to the 470.

No clue. My steering wheel is crooked and it's pulling to the right. I just had it done the week before, so I'm wondering if they didn't torque my LCA bolts. I didn't hit anything too hard that could have knocked it.

I bet the guys that did the alignment didn't torque the alignment cam bolts down to 96ft-lbs. I actually read on one of the threads that they torque those bolts to about 100ft-lbs if you offroad. I did this right after my alignment with those extra long combination wrenches I got from Harbor Freight. Haven't had any issues so far.

4th gen stock is 100 lbs, and I should have checked them after I got the alignment done. My last alignment was good for almost 8 months and multiple wheeling trips, no way I should have knocked it loose after 1 week.

That there is a meth lab on wheels..seriously. They just keep moving it around from trail to trail, only staying with the trailer for short amounts of time leaving chairs out and whatnot to try to make it look legit.

Yeah have that reverse rake. It's ready to be modded so bad. I've been looking to find some tundra springs and LC rear springs. lift on a budget. HAHA! 150k for $4995.

I'd avoid the tundra springs, they tend to bind on the upper control arm. I'd grab a set of OME 880 coils from Toytec or Wheelers and some Bilstein 5100's. Cheap and very effective.

Well this happened yesterday, so stoked I can't wait to put it to use! Less than 1/2 the price for a gobi with all the bells and whistles, sun roof insert (not pictured), wind deflector, powder coated texture black and it fits perfect!

If anyone wants one for a 3rd or 4th gen pm me and I'll send you his info. He's a one man show so it takes a few weeks for him to complete them after the deposit is sent. But let me tell you it's well worth the wait and for us socalers no shipping and he even helps you install! I was his first sports (tubular style) roof rack so it took us a bit longer.
