Just Bought a 2010 SR5 Today - Spur of the Moment

Just bought a white SR5 today, spur of the moment. Was debating between an outback or the SR5, go figure.... Am really glad this forum is here!! Know where to go now with tips for sprucing it up, and taking it off road. Cheers, jeff from Maryland.

`93 vs 2010

Thinking about the value the dollar! I have a 93 and test drove the 2010 the other day. The 2010 was loaded, 41K sticker price. My runner was probably very close to $20G in 1993, new. The two trucks are like night and day, absolutely unreal. $20G value in 1993 is $30.5G today...and that is close to buying a new 4Runner! Congrats!

Thanks. I'm just fortunate that my wife has excellent taste in vehicles (the MINI is her's and she loves 4Runners, so it was an easy choice for "our" vehicle). I like the look of the 03-06 MINIs better, but I wish we had the powertrains of the 07+.

At some point I'm going to have to get photos of them all together. The size difference between the MINI and 4Runner is comical. All 3 are white, too.

Heh anything is possible with a Standard SR5 4x4.. It's actually kind of a good thing you have a standard. mine is too & I'ma be gettin in some roading w/ it as soon as I can order in my new shocks.
