Virginia but I’m buying it out of Philly. It’s a 4x4 with center diff locker. Has one spot on left rear door with a little bubbling but overall super clean 1 owner 4Runner with dealership service documentation.

So you haven't seen it in person? I'm just saying because Philly is a rust city. Paint bubbling & that really disgusting steering wheel does not make a super clean car or truck. You need to see it in person before buying. These frames rust from the inside out & you need to do the finger check in the side access holes. There must be a reason why they're selling a manual so cheap.
