Just braggin

So I bought the black 4runner (1999 4Runner Limited 4X4) with 208K not running for $1000. Needed a new rear end which I picked up at a junk yard. I put about $1200 more into it so I was in it $2,200

Got in a fender bender (not my fault) and it wasnt too bad but the other guys insurance company gave me $2,400 and I didnt fix it at all

I was in it -$200. YEP

Bought another 1999 4Runner 4X4 (the silver one) in nearly mint condition, dealer maintained, 222K miles on it. Paid $5,000

Sold the black one dented and all for $4,500. So if you can do your math right I only spent $300 buying my 4Runner ($5000-$4700 because I was in the black one negative $200)

So far Ive sunk a few thousand into it, giving it a brand new timing belt, water pump, valve cover gasket, tune up, brush guard, roof rack, window tint, double din radio with backup camera, new wheels, and its great (except it has a leak in the rear axel now I will be having fixed this week). Currently has about 234K on it and I plan on keeping it for at least a couple more years

It looked 1000x better with the factory 5 star wheels IMO.

What's the huge ass sticker on your drivers window? That would bug the hell out of me.

yeah it bugs me all the time, way bigger then I thought it would be, I think its funny it says "Protected by anti theft sticker" so far no break ins I dont know how much longer it will be on until I tear it off
