I just changed my plugs on my 07 v6 this afternoon took about 40 mins. I was a little pissed it still had the original plugs in it with 53k miles. The gap range on the old plugs was anywhere from .058 to .064. That is a little much. I gapped the new ones at .041 to .042. I am sitting down and drinking a cold one watching my texas rangers and i just realized i prob saved 80 bucks or more. I found a good thread on this site and it made it much easier thanks alot guys.
