I live in SoCo not to be confused wit SoCal LOL I love wheeling in the rockies an well hope to see you all around the Colorado Rockies when I get back after this deployment. I have a few things I am looking for yet to complete my 89 with a 22re and my 86 with a 22rte.

- Doors with wing windows (cheap)
- fender flares (bushwacker)
- 3rd members with lockers preferable (4:88 or 5:29)
- front seats
- IFS lift kit
- body lift
- front bumper stock or tube or custom considered
-Anybody willing that does inexpensive rust repair in the Colorado Springs area (just primer good for now)

Please send info along with photos via email ([email protected]), please include asking price. I am not rich but will give you fair price.
I have (2) 1st gen Toyota 4runner projects at the moment so help me complete them please.

how you liking the aussie locker I just picked up a detroit easy locker for the front IFS. now ran across a deal locally if I can get back in time before the axles are sold for an SAS. that would be nice. The grey T4R was just picked up a few weeks ago it has the 22rte and an auto trans. Did a timing chain replacement shocks and tie rods already on the "new" grey "Slummer" I've had the white truck for a few years but in and out of deployments the project has not moved along at a rapid pace. It was my daily driver up to recently when I purchased a car so I could do a better trail set up for the rockies. You have to make it out here the trails are awesome.

I mostly wheel up in Alabama, but it is quite a haul.

I love the Aussie. I'd love to lock the IFS, but heard too many horror stories.
If / when $ permits, I would like to put in one of those limited slips with gears in them, I forget what they are called, but it acts like a limited without the binding / breakage. Good luck on yours!

I have heard the horror stories as well but I don't take on the real rough trails. The IFS upgrade is just a temp solution till I do a SAS. So if I grenade the IFS I guess I will have to work harder at getting a SAS done LOL. Method to my madness, "but, dear its broke I need to spend money to fix it right?" have to get everything approved though the boss yah know LOL.

I had a buddy of mine who had the same mentality, but he was hard on his truck. ( do a youtube search for Trail Slut to see it in action )
The IFS from that truck is in my shed as spare parts for my truck. He welded his gears, so I have not installed it in mine.

And, yes. I definately understand the hierarchy of fundage. :girl:
