You could go with the Toytec Coilovers or the stock Tundra coils on either Tacoma or Tundra Bilsteins. There's a lot of good choices out there just do a little research and weigh out the pros and cons of each.
I just wanted some opinions of what others liked and since I have no weight either. I did go through the sticky post......A lot also.

I have 891s and 5100s in the back. To match the front I have Toytec Eibach (620 in/lbs) springs with Tundra 5100s, they are on the first setting and I have about a half inch to an inch of rake though it looks level and rides very nicely. It was also cheaper than any other option and apparently rides better than the Tundra coils which was my original plan. I also have the full armor suite though. Good luck with your choice, there's so many options!
If you want something that can grow with you as you add weight to the front, then you need coilovers. Toytec, Icon, Sway-a-way or most others are all pretty comparable. Some are made more for going fast, some are a good balance of everything. I have Toytecs and love them.

The Eibach springs with the Tunda Bilsteins would be a good choice. I would think those would hold weight just fine. Actually many members switched over to those from the Tundra coils.

Would the Eibach coils and 5100's on the "stock" setting still yield a 3" lift and sit level with the 890's out back? I had Eibach coils and 5100's on my Tacoma and loved the ride and I want the same for my 4runner. But everyone who I seen has them set on the first notch and not the "stock" setting on their 4runner? Or is the first notch the stock height?

From my understanding the 1st perch is the "stock" setting which is the only one that can be used with the Eibachs. With the Eibach coils you cannot go any higher due to the longer length of the coils. But yes it should yield 3" of lift.

There is no "stock" setting with the Eibachs and 5100s. I have it on the first setting and it sits higher than my 2" front lift before, and they can be cranked up even higher (5 total settings for the Tundra 5100s).
I think what mcaz5 was touching on was you can't run the Eibachs with the stock shocks because of how long they are, but you can have it on any setting with the 5100s. When you crank the setting up it pushes the shock body further down.
