Just installed 2015 Trd Pro 4runner suspension on 4th gen!

Not sure if anyone has done it yet but had my friend at the shop install them for me. Over all they were not direct bolt on some modifications had to be made but over all took about 5 hours to install that's with access to a lift and shop equipment. I'll be posting some pictures soon. It ended up raising the front roughly 3" and 1" to the rears. I have not fully wheeled them yet but it feels awesome! Went on a dirt rough road earlier at 40 mph and it soaked up the bumps extremely well.









Holes had to be made bigger and notched the top to have access to the longer bolts that stuck out further up higher on the top mount.

Notice the CO on the right in the picture is on the second notch, did you do this or does it come that way?

I am assuming that is for the driver's side?

Thanks guys I'll update some post later the 4runner sits almost dead even. The 2015 4runner pro suspension I guess was setup that way from toyota to compensate for the driver side lean. So I moved the other one up a notch, I'm glad I did because the passenger side would of been lower if i didn't adjust the settings. I got a really great deal on them and I can't wait to test them out. Need to get alignement first.

The pro coilovers was also wider on the bottom where it connects to Lower control arms sorry can think of the name right now. But had to widen it for the them to fit. Not really a big deal just glad I got them done at the shop where we had all the tools we needed. Would of been a pain to do at home.

The rears believe it or not was already tapped to mount resi. I was surprised I thought we would of had to drill a hole in the frame. I think 4th and 5th gen share similar if not the same frame.

I'd like to know what shocks the guy replaced his overly priced TRD PRO with? I mean isn't the suspension 85% of the reason why you buy a PRO other than cosmetic reasons?

If I had to guess probably some ridiculous stage ICON set up

He did have an on board arb compressor was a really cool guy even gave me free front spacers. I saw a camburg Uca. I'm sure he has his reasons why he sold these awesome suspension. Wheel gap are all even I believe at 37" here are some quick horrible wally pics. Runners need to go! Thinking about getting a cbi bumper soon.

Oh yea this is also an 04 v8 4wd model so if anyone else decided to do the setup results will vary on v6's.

OP- i saw on another thread CBI has 2 bumpers discounted- $999 iirc- good deal as it has headlight hoops and powdercoated

Any updates on this? Did you use stock UCA, how did the alignment go?

Yea stock uca works just fine I'll be getting chaos or maybe some camburg uca soon. Alignement is perfectly straight. Angles on axles are almost perfectly straight as well. I've put maybe 5k miles still awesome suspension. I wonder if these are rebuild able for the future.

My guess would be the fronts are probably the new 6112 series. Just guessing.
