Just Installed LED Rock Lights (Drive By Video)

Tell me what y’all think of these. I kinda feel like a douche with them but I actually still like them. Pain in the ass to wire, but over all I think it was worth the time.

i thought these lights should be installed lower by the frame rail. i was thinking of adding some to help with parking in stalls.

Looks good. If they were purple or blue or some weird color that is obviosuly not for offroading, then yes. But imo white/amber actually serves a purpose. But you could get some more to put on bottom of frame for offroading.

Are they usable from the drivers seat? Hard to tell from the video.

From the drivers seat if you look out the window they definitely light up the ground a lot. As for the passenger side, looking through the mirror you can see the light on the ground but of course you can’t see a whole lot through there

Yeah, I definitely have them wired to a switch where I can turn them on or off. Didn’t want them running all the time when the truck was on.

On my Offroad Jeep and Dodge tow rig I mostly have lights that point slightly down, mostly outwards. Typically Flood pattern lights.

Yeah, I mainly did it for looks, I wasn’t really planning on them serving much of a purpose besides that haha. I only have a 2wd, so I don’t do much off roading, just wanted to stand out from the crowd a bit. I’ve always liked being unique
