Just installed toytec 3/2 lift and rear sits lower??

I have a 04 4runner limited v6. For a while now I've had my lift sitting around and finally decided to put it in last night. I have a toytec 3/2 spacer lift. Spacers up front springs in the rear and bilstein 5100 shocks. It looks like it helped the front out a lot and not so much in the rear. It's about a inch lower in the rear and is very noticeable. I was wondering if anybody else had a issue like this or if it's just my luck
