Looking at 2023 t4r trdoffroad premium or 2024 t4r trdoffroad premium

I am considering a t4r 2023 or 2024 what is the difference if any. I am a owner of 34 yr volvo 740 gl. Worried about parts. At my age I would like to have a running board, one comes with predator board for stepup. I am getting this because my house will be on a dirt road with big holes and rocks. I also want something new.
