Just lifted, cam bolts are seized, can't adjust caster/camber

Your plan to replace the LCA is good and will definitely improve your alignment numbers, but be aware that due to the lift it might be impossible to get the alignment where you want it without aftermarket UCA's.

I know it won't 100% solve my issue, and I very likely will still need UCAs. I may have to do that at the same time. Just LCAs should at least get me closer to the proper caster range, and definitely allow me to adjust my camber. FWIW, I'm looking at the SPC LR UCAs.

UCAs - $400
LCA\LCA + kit - $140\$210
SPC bolts - $50 (for both sides)
Adjustment plates - $120ish from what I'm seeing for all 4.

I've got them, and the adjustments they allow for are definitely nice. My most recent alignment I got 5* caster, camber was around 0, and toe was around 0.04. Drives nice and minimal rub.

Like Tman said above, the ball joints suck though and wear quickly. Although I noticed on SPC's page they just came out with a new ball joint design that has a grease fitting, so that's a step in the right direction.

You wont need adjustment plates unless yours are smashed. The Coin looking cams come with the bolts.

Also look at your local junk yard for a low mileage runner or FJ.

I pulled mine and the bolts at the junk yard for 75 bucks. Then spent 30 bucks on sawzall blades.

One more thing the Ebay Ucas are pretty good. I have about 7k on mine.

Upper UCAs will be a TERRIBLE band-aid solution for your camber/caster adjusting hardware being seized in your lower arm bushings.

Get it on jack stands. Start attempting to remove the lower arms. See what you can save and what you can salvage. I would just go ahead and plan on new arms and hardware.

Skip the aftermarket lower arms unless you're planning to spring for Total Chaos or similar. Rock Auto or what have you will leave you needing to repeat the job in 1-1.5 years due to the use of inferior parts.

Install new hardware with liberal amounts of anti seize.
