They're all scams...ymail and gmail are real but these type of ads are all over the country. Really nice 4runners for really cheap...I used to flag them but it's no use.

Thats one way to know, but the ads themselves all look the same. They are JPG's...you can tell when the page loads that the whole ad is an image. Thats the first sign...then the price is always in the 3-4k range and the truck is almost always a sport or a limited with less than 100k miles. There are variations, but most are the same formula. I had to go through a ton of them before I found my 4runner on Craigslist.
