I just thought Id share some endlinks that a buddy of mine and me have put together. We tried two different types of disconnects. one of which developed too much play and made noise and were also hard to connect and disconnect.
Here are the first disconnects we put together which were hard to put together. They were a spring loaded ball joint quick disconnect.
Here are the second ones that Im currently using on my 4runner.
So far I have not heard any odd noises from them so far. and I put them through a few tests over some piled up rocks in the backyard and regular driving around town. They disconnect and connect pretty quick. My only real concern is not being able to get them totally out of the way. But I have run with them disconnected for a few weeks and never heard any impacts from any contact from them being disconnected.
Here are the current versions on my car.
I jsut thought id share them, and see what you guys thought them.
