K&N FIPK for 4.0 V6?

Hi, I am a newbie to this forum. Just bought a certified 2003 SR5, no upgardes yet except for the Silverstars. My question is, is it adviceable to add a K&N FIPK air induction system? Will it really add some horsepower? or even improve my mileage? Please help. Thanks again.:awais:

I have one myself, and I love it. The truck seems to have a bit more jump when you step on the gas. I haven't seen a change in mileage, but that might be because of the nice roar you get when you step on the pedal- I am always stomping on the gas to hear the nice growl!
