Honestly wouldn't scare me to do it solo, but would be a good idea to have at least 1 other rig with you just in case. Considering we had 7 rigs with us and not a single person ever needed winched, no one got stuck, no one ended up on their top, and no one broke or damaged anything at all, it wouldn't bother me to do it solo. None of our rigs really even spun any tires... but then again, wheeling alone is NEVER a good idea.

LOL, sounds like a good trip to me.
The thing about SE OK is you never quite know what you're going to get into no matter how many times you've been there. You also have to watch what hunting seasons are going on.
If you smell sweet smoke or hear banjo music, turn around fast.

...at one point I tossed it in park, jumped out and walked up in the woods about 10 feet to snap a pic of my truck and once I got squatted down and was working on getting my camera focused I heard something walking behind me in the leaves, so I turned around and there was a hunter in full camo with a shotgun about 15 feet from me walking in the opposite direction... looks like we screwed up his hunt! Luckily he just walked off the other direction and there was no exchange of words!

I've got all my pictures and videos uploaded on Google Drive now. If you'll PM me that'd you like access and your name (I'm terrible with names and want to make sure I've got everyone's names straight. I know like 25% of us were named Jeff... :dizzy

Oh no, neither will the "custom" body work! Hopefully most can be buffed out, the rest will stay. It wasn't the first time and certainly won't be the last! I'll keep you posted.

I've looked at my GoPro footage, I think I've got some good stuff. Hopefully I can make something cool out of it!
Also, the 4Runner is going to bodyshop next week. Paint will have to be refinished - wet sanding both sides and polishing. Minimum $500! :dammit: Needless to say it was an expensive weekend, but still worth it!!

Dude, that sucks. So, that begs the question...will you ever go wheeling again? Just no more tight trails? Seems like a lot of money to spend just to scratch it up again. :shrug:
I went through the same thing after going out to Gruber. I was upset about the scratches, but also totally hooked on wheeling. AND I was having a little remorse about choosing black. I researched vinyl wraps (waaay too expensive) and finally settled on the plasti dip.
