KDSS Lean with Wheeler Springs but Driver side

So i put on some Wheeler T12 rear springs with 6112 up front. From what i read most people have issues with the passenger side being lower. I am actually getting the driver side at being lower. I varies about 1/2 inch with a full or empty tank.

I was about to buy some OME shims but i am wondering if i should just try swapping the springs from left to right.

Anyone else have it happen where they swapped springs and the height issue would change? I am thinking it should not matter with a quality spring.

I had the same issue. I put a shim (1/4”) on drivers side and magically I’m level when I was almost a full inch lower. Magic or kdss reset. Who knows, but it worked!
 
It's the driver's side that is lower on aftermarket coil installs. Since the driver's side is significantly heavier (driver, fuel tank) it leans that way. Toyota coils are side-specific to accommodate this, aftermarket coils are not. The solution is to use a 1/4" spacer front and 10mm trim packer rear driver's side.

I've got Wheelers T1/T13 coils with the above listed spacers and I'm dead nuts level side to side.

OP, do you have a Trail with KDSS? I'm assuming you do given your post title. The above is true for non-KDSS equipped 4Rs, but for KDSS 4Rs, it is actually the passenger side being lower on aftermarket coil installs.

I haven't switched the coils, but I did put in a OME spacer in the passenger side rear and that helped the lean a lot.

I have a ORP and kdss. On the drive side is lower for sure. Front is pretty close to level but once i raise one corner the other should go down a tad.
 
I am trying to find a spacer at a good price but everyone wants crazy amount for shipping. I will most likely just get 2 and try one at a time.
