KDSS rear sway bar link replacement

On a trails since yesterday and plan to be on for a few more days... so didn’t have time to research. Only getting intermittent cell service.

1. Any stronger aftermarket?

2. Anyone have part # for stock if aftermarket not an option?

... will try to find service tonight to check forum and hopefully order something... ideally I need it by Saturday. (I know it’s not super essential and I can probably send it out or just remove it... but would like to just do it right)

This is what concerns me about the extension spacers for those links. I've bent mine with a spare tire and no spacer. So they're already a bit exposed as it is.

I would just buy an OEM replacement. They're $35. Or bend it straight.

I would suggest that you not reinforce that link. It's the cheapest thing to bend. Far better than the alternative of bending or damaging the frame mount for example.

Agreed with Jetboy. Replacing this part is easy compared to other repairs. You're probably gonna pay more than $35 for a new one but lesson learned. May be worth picking up a spare from a U-pull-it lot for the trail.

Any noticeable difference with the KDSS function?

Gotcha.... good point on spacers. No noticeable different but still on trails.

Got hung up on diff and had to bounce it off... then got hung up on this link...
