Keep blowing fuses on factory "optional" fog lights

Where should I be looking to find out what's going on? The wiring harnesses at the lights look good. I replaced the bulbs and the units are water tight. Could it be the switch on the steering wheel stalk or something around the fuse panel under the hood? Any suggestions would be appreciated. Not that I use them that much but if they are on the vehicle I want them to work. Thanx in advance

Make sure you have the 9005 bulbs in there (2003-2005 models, i don't know about the rest).
