Kenwood KSC-SW1 and Reference 5.25

I have a 96 4x4 SR5 V6. I want to put this neat little Kenwood sub under the driver or passenger seat and was wondering if anybody has mounted anything under their seats, if there is anything I should be aware of? I am also installing some Infinity Reference speakers. Has anybody installed rear speakers (rear doors)? If so, what size will fit, or what size can you make fit?
