key fob cover replacement

Where can I find a replacement shell/cover for my two-button remote locking key fob? I've looked at a number of sites but nothing seems to match up. I don't want to replace the actual guts/circuit board, just the case. 97 4Runner Limited.

Dorman sells a cover/button setup available at Autozone (for one example). The guts of mine didn't fit in it at all. I found a complete replacement remote on eBay for $18.
