key & remote entry replication question

Hi guys

does anyone know any lower cost way to get a copy of the key and the remote entry box? I just lost them and was told that it would cost 40 for a key, 130 for a remote box and 80 for programming. Man this is daytime robbing.

Any input is appreciated!!
