Keyless Entry Programming

Hello,
I just purchased an '06 4Runner.
It didn't come with a keyless entry fob. I asked the parts guy to run the VIN and he said it did have this option.
I just tried the sequence to enter the programming mode,,,

and was successful!
My question is,,,
If I order a 4 button remote fob, will I be able to program raising and lowering the rear window?

I'm pretty sure the only way to roll the rear hatch window up is to do the hack as seen here:
