This isn't so much a "problem" as it is an inconvenience... at the local Kohl's, in the parking lot, my remote never works... I don't go there often but within the past few months I've been there 2 or 3 times and none of those times has the remote worked... then as soon as I get home it works again. Any ideas as to what this could be?

i'm no know it all but maybe there is a lot of interference. what kind of community? industrial with a lot of waves. I mean that's that only thing that comes to my mind. i'm curious to see what others have to say.

are the batteries still good? If you go to wal-mart they can check it for free with a battery tester at the watch counter.
