Knightsfs4 Build Thread

The 275/70/18s are awesome. Only a little extra trimming and it's clear of the body mount. The runner feels and looks way tougher now but I'm totally into it.

Just greased the driveshaft to try to alleviate a popping sound I've been having. Keeping my fingers crossed that I've got this one figured out already!! :uzi:

So everything had been going good until I opened the hood one day to a corroded terminal. When I tried to take off the negative wire the entire terminal came off so I went back to autozone and they gave me a new one for free cause it was under warranty :hungry: Got a new terminal kit and hooked everything up. I think it turned out pretty good. Definitely looking up ways to protect your battery, not dealing with this again!

I noticed you're running some audio in the back. You may want to consider upgrading your big 3 to 1/0 since the factory grounds are pretty thin. I noticed sound quality improvement and a bit more punch when I did the upgrade.

Hey,

Im trying to bite the bullet on a set of tires. I have the same model/year as you (2007 Limited V8 4WD) all stock for now but plan on putting a lift. I currently have a great offer on a set of 275/70/18 Duratracs and want to know if they will need any trimming or spidertrax spacer addition. Ive looked around quite a bit and it looks like folks are doing 275/65/18 with no issues. What are my lift options for specific limited 18" wheels without having to cut or remove any body moldings go.

For the lift what about stock coils with 1.77 bilstein 5100 making me level. Could add the 4 aftermarket coils, and the rear two bilstein

Thoughts?
Thanks,
Craig
