How did you do your exhaust to the side like this?

I took my car to a muffler shop and told them that I wanted the resonator gone and a new exhaust tip. They chopped off the old one and welded me on a exhaust tip that they had in stock. I think it looks good, but I'm going to have them re-do it once I get some money cause I want it at a different angle and it's not held on by a hanger at this angle. Total cost me like $80. Totally worth it!

I've seen some other T4Rs so I thought I'd take some pictures of some stocks next to mine. The first is a pic of one I saw in a parking lot, the second is next to a 03' in the parking lot of my school.

Haha yeah i am. My dad bought me my runner this past summer. (i am so lucky to have such a nice father)


But I have worked 2 summers, babysit whenever i get the chance, and i will do anything that pays to get money for mods. If you look at the mods i have done there isn't too much in mine.

Yeah I am. I'm a really lucky kid. My Mom wanted a newer reliable car so this is what I picked. I am on a payment plan with my Mom though, but regardless she has supported me with everything. She's just glad I'm in a safe car that won't break down. Guess we're both happy! Just wish I got better gas mileage...

yea i agree, we are some lucky kids for sure... I inherited mine from my mom, she drove it from new til summer of 2009, and then dad bought her a sedan, so i decided i wanted this instead of my Nissan Frontier! More creature comforts, overall more capable, and that disgustingly good JBL sound system
i gotta pay for my own gas too, and theres some money that i payed my dad so that i owned a % of the car thats always been the deal with my dad, but i don't mind! Im a senior now, and have had a job since my 16th birthday sophomore year... It pays for gas, and a few mods here and there! Knight has got a sweet one tho, good to know i'm not the only one on here trying to sound like a grown up, comin out of an 18 year olds mind...:lmao:

Yeah I am lucky. This thing eats gas but I'm going to enjoy it for now and when the times comes I'll try to trade it for something in the 15k range thatll get 400 to a tank instead of 280 :/

i really like the combination of the 5100s at 2.5 and the daystar 1.5 rear spacer. I just put the 1/4 topout when I did the fj swap but thought about something like that and it looks great! If I didn't have 1/4-1/2" clearance at my office garage and the mall across the street with my mega warrior on I'd be ordering some 5100s and a 1.5" spacer soon

and +1 for I'd remove the running boards (replace with sliders) if the girlfriend and dog didn't need a step up

Just installed my OME 885s and top plate spacer today! Couldn't be happier! Now I just need to get some superflex coils and I'll be set.

sure does man! should paint emblems and headlights, then vht tails, go for a darth vader look
Like the 275/65's? They big enough for you with that big lift? just asking personal preference, as i may try to go 275/70's
edit: and do you have any pics of the back? like a 3/4 view to see how it sits with tires and lift??

Well done, looks great knight. I wanted a black 4Runner maybe next time. I thought about going with the 275's but not to many options in that size plus I have 17s. Yours look really nice. What's next? Keep up the good work.

Yeah I really like the tires, they're pretty much the perfect size for me and they look great. I'm not going for any type of blacked out look, It's too played out. Funny thing is, my list is almost done. All I have left is a Magnaflow Muffler, a new radar detector, maybe a 1/2" body lift, and then far down the road is rims, sliders, and a bumper. I'll post some more pics later. Thanks guys!!!
