Knock Off Pro Grill Installed

The good:

Installed the EBay TRD Pro grill this morning. Took me about 30 minutes. Super easy to do. About 10 Phillips head screws, about 10 push pins and one 10MM bolt. The grill had depressions for the letters so putting those on was easy as well. Love the look!

The Questionable:

Only time will tell now long the adhesive holds the letters on... and how long the adhesive holds the trim piece on for that matter. It is 3M tape, probably identical to the OEM stuff so we will see.

There is a small gap on the sides but it looks identical to the Pro I looked at in the dealer lot. Looks fine to me.

The gap is par for the course. The main complaint ppl had was that the sides lifted a little too much so did a combination of the following until they were satisfied:
* applied more adhesive
* hit the middle with a heat gun
* taped the sides down overnight to ensure longer contact/pressure

Your attachments are failing because your pictures are too big. Resize them smaller and try again.
