I have a 2000 3rd Gen with 161K miles. I purchased it with both knock sensor codes.
I did the usual repair:
replaced both sensors and harness once and I got a Bank 1 knock sensor code again right after install.
Today I purchased a new harness and two new sensors and Im back to the same code being thrown right after install.
Checked timing and redid timing just for kicks.
Im at a lost, the engine purrs like a kitty once I fire it up. Havent had this issue happen right after install.
Can someone help on Diagnostic? I could use the help...
