Knock sensor issues

I have a 1995 3.0 v6 with a knock seosor issue. I have remote mounted the sensor but the code persists. I have replace the pig tail as well. once the code is set it pops under light accel. Does anyone have experience with this issue, who could point me in the right direction?

Do you have a DTC-52 or 53? If it's a 53 it points to the ECM. Here is the pdf on how to check your '95 3VZ ECM...Did you replace the sensor and it still throws the code?
