ko2 265/75/16 installed and fluid film treatment

Hi Just posting a picture of how the 4runner looks with the new all terrain ko2. Also did the fluid film treatment to protect my 4runner from rust.

haha yea, It is an original arizona truck so it does not have a single spot of rust but in the fall I drive to other states.

its like our 4runners are twins but yours is much much cleaner

those running boards are yucky though IMO. I want to get nice tube steps or sliders that double as running boards.

Why does no one mount these tires white letters out? Am I the only one who likes the white letters?

HA! Good choice man. They look great. I have had them about a week so far. I thought about white on the outside, but I am more partial to, these KO2s anyway, running the black side out.

You 4runner looks great, and underneath is super clean.

As far as the running board delete goes, I am thinking about doing the same thing. But I might wait till I figure out if I want to get some mud flaps to keep the rocks off the side of the rig.

I've come to realize 265/75/16's are the perfect size for our truck. Can't wait to get my set!

Oh, and how the FUDGE is that undercarriage so clean???

I'm with you, I like them out. More flashy!

You think they're perfect until you get them and see the people running 285's and want to go up..

Having had two different 4runners on several sets of 33" tires, let me tell you, the grass certainly isn't greener. I look forward to ditching mine!

Underneath that truck looks brand new! What kind of fluid did you coat it with?

This is what I used:

1 gallon of fluid film $ 43.00 (delivered to my door)
undercoating application gun $20.00

I have read around and it looks like a lot of Toyota owners are using this product.

I set my compressor a 70 psi and used half of a gallon (covering every single spot underneath)

I don't know the previous owner of the vehicle but whoever was took an excellent care of the truck all around. That is what made me buy it. :thanks:

Nope, I love the white letters out. Had my Pirelli AT's & Bridgestone AT's out.
Makes it more sporty looking. My new Hankook MT's I could only get in blackwalls though.

That's exactly what I think too. I'm in the same situation as you as well. My new tires only come in a blackwall so I guess I'm just gonna have to get used to it...
