Land Cruiser 100 series snorkel on a 4gen 4runner

Has anyone done this? There are a bunch on eBay for about $100-150 and if it could be made to fit would be a very inexpensive alternative to the Safari 1gen Tacoma snorkel. Has anyone installed a 100 series safari snorkel on a 4runner?

I currently have in stock two Prado 120 snorkels (Australian 4Runner).

I have had them forever, but I have always been to chicken to try to install one. what kills it for me is all US model 4th gens have rather tall fender flares, and they have to be cut down to fit the 120 Prado snorkel.

I do not think the 100 series would fit simply because the A pillar is far more vertical on the 100 series than the 120 T4R.

Wouldn't a 2nd gen Tacoma or Hilux snorkel work?

I'm sure I've seen 4th gens with snorkels.

I used the same hilux snorkel as Alex Jet and adventure copan used. I don't think I put pictures up on here yet because it isn't finished yet and I want to have it all hooked up before I show it off. Its been too cold , I haven't touched the 4runner since Sundays wheeling trip and it still has a broken axle from that trip. I think it's for a 96 hilux. It was a pain in the ass to install it but it looks good.

cant wait to see it. Curious of if there are any gaps at the fender. V8 or V6? Or does it not matter?

So do tell? What snorkel did you use. The thing about using the lc100 snorkel is that they can be had cheap on eBay. The taco snorkels are $400 the knockoff lc100 on eBay are $110 shipped. The guys over at ih8mud have used the knockoffs and love them.

I wish i knew, this guy keeps it parked off folly road by advanced auto parts, most likely a techs car but the mods are extremely tasteful. The perfect set up IMPO
