Large Tires

I really like the look of 4Runner. The only thing that I mentioned is that it's lower on the front then rear. I have approx. 2' between top of the front wheel and fender and 5" between rear wheel and rear fender. So I thought to get larger tires and the do the lifting.
Regarding all mentioned above, what is the maximum tire size you can get for 4Runner? I now some guys put 265/70R17, but these ones just 1" larger. Did someone tried to use larger sizes without modifying fenders and suspension elements?

Do a search for a thread that 4route put up. She put some MASSIVE tires on her 4th gen.

You can up the up to 32" tire on a 4th gen without modifications. 265/70/17 = 31.6"
